Another hard thing about seven card is the fact that you more often than in regular Texas have to make the impression that you have something when you have nothing. And since there are so many cards that aren’t visible to your opponents you can easily act like you have something.

The other players can of course use this to their advantage and when there are so many cards that you have to guess what they are your opponent is just as likely to have full house as simple pair. And if you decide to play fixed limit it’s and whole different game to play when many players just keep calling hands down hoping to hit something. Even though it might seem impossible to get some players to fold you have to keep them paying for choosing to follow you all the way.
