How to Play the Classic One Player Card Game?
Classic one player card game actually refers to the classic solitaire, the standard version of solitaire. It is actually the best known card game but in case you are not aware how it is played, consider what we have provided below.
Easy Steps to Play
- First, secure a deck of fifty-two playing cards and a table or other flat surface to play on. The deck will be composed of thirteen hearts, thirteen diamonds, thirteen spades, and thirteen clubs. Every suit will have an ace, a king, a queen, a jack, being face cards. And another thing, every suit has a card starting at ten and going down to a two or deuce.
- After making sure you have all that are needed, prepare to shuffle the deck. If it is a new deck that is unsorted, shuffle it very well. After shuffling, you can start playing. Deal out one card straight up. Place it at the beginning of an imaginary line and continue by placing six more playing cards, all face down, and then put beside the first card and continuing across.
- Next, proceed to the second card in the row and place the next card off of the deck face up on it. Then place a card face down in each of the card piles starting at the third card and continuing across the same way. Follow with the fourth card and so on by putting a card face up on the first down card in the row. Down card refers to the card which does not already have a card placed face up on top of it.
- Now, place a card face down on each of the remaining piles of down cards. Continue doing this till you have seven rows of cards laid out.
- After you have set up your playing board, you can start playing. To begin, hold the deck of cards left face down in your hand. Then, deal the first three cards off of the top. So you can see the third card in the deck, while keeping them together turn the cards over.
- The object of the game is to make use of all the cards by playing them and to do so you must place each one on a pile of cards in alternative colors and in numerical order from the highest to the lowest. Being said in other words, play a red card on a black card, or a black card on a red card, and you must play a six on a seven for an instance. In the event you turned up an Ace, be aware that you must place it above the playing board. This goes the same with other Aces you will turn up later. Aces turned up must be built upon from the lowest to the highest. Ace counts as one, therefore you need to play a two, three, four, and so on and so forth on the aces piles. Well, you can also move piles of cards from one stack to the next.
- You need to continue playing until you have no moves to make anymore. In case you can play the cards until they all end up on the aces, you win.
