Strategies for Various One Player Card Games

Looking for some strategies for one player card games like Klondike, Spider and the like? If yes, then worry no more. We have provided some strategies for specific one card games. Check on them below.

Klondike Strategy

Strategy for Klondike is just simple. Just move the cards in columns before going to the deck. And whenever you can, play an ace or deuce immediately. Whenever possible, expose hidden cards.

At all times, have a play that frees a downcard from the biggest pile of downcards.
Unless there is a King on hand waiting to fill the space, never clear a spot. And in the event you see a move that doesn’t lead to another move, stop and think for a while. It maybe best if you just make such move later part.

Spider Strategy

Just like the strategy for Klondike, strategy for Spider is also simple. Just be focus on making and then maintaining at least one empty column.

Well, it would be better if you play from the stacks on the right because they start with one less card. And for columns to become same-suit sequences, try to rearrange them.
In case you can’t play from the stack that is closest to being emptied, just go for and play the highest rank card. In case cards have the same high rank and one of them can be played into a same-suit sequence, play that one, never think twice.

Lastly, never deal till you have to as it will just cover your blinds randomly. It will be tough for you to reach the cards underneath if you deal without the need to.

FreeCell Strategy

Maybe the simplest of all strategy is the strategy for playing Freecell. All you need to do is to move cards from the reserve (free cells) to the tableau as soon as possible. Move them without any delay. And always try to place your cards on a column of which the top card is a King.
