Tossing Cards Into a Hat is fun family card game that is often best played with two or three players using a deck of cards and an old felt or straw hat. To win the game, one must toss the largest number of cards into the hat.

To start the game, every player must take turns to flip one card towards the hat, with the goal of landing the card inside the hat. In the event a card landed on the brim, that card counts only one-half a point. In the event any card on the brim of the hat is knocked in by any player, that card counts a full point for the player who threw it beforehand.
